This is a product that we have been dreaming about for years. Imagine walking into a room, and your phone will automatically start charging without the hassle of cables, plugs, or cords. What company could bring this revolutionary technology to life? None other than Xiaomi.

How is this even possible you ask? Xiaomi has come out with some proprietary technology called ‘Mi Air Charge technology’ that uses 144 micro-antennae to transfer energy to your phone via a narrow wave beam. With this technology, the Air Charge would be able to charge multiple devices at once. We think the Xiaomi Mi Air Charge would be optimal for conference rooms or college classrooms where everyone can benefit. It would be cool to even see something like this in public places or public businesses.

This product is not on the market just yet, but Xiaomi is looking to release the Air Charge this year. There are a few features that can be improved upon, but overall this product is futuristic to say the least. There is currently nothing like this on the market. All of the other products we have seen require something to be stuck onto your phone, or something to already be plugged into your phone. There are no truly wireless ‘air chargers’ on the market, so we are excited to see this come to fruition!
